    Killer session at the gym. Enjoyed the ac environment. Worked the abs, obliques, back, shoulders, arms and capped it off with 200 free squats.

      Lol, its pretty tiring, but since I only do it twice a week I workout the whole body. I even minimized my breaks to 30secs between sets and 1 min between exercises. But it takes between 1:45 to 2 hrs.
