Very educational wrt T3 day 3. Basically, I felt great, but I think the T3 is now allowing the fast twitch end of the spectrum to work ( http://app.strava.com/activities/8743137#160481650 ). But because it hasn't been able to be trained for months, it's badly in need of a workout. Interval style training required! It's also probably gonna go a bit pair shaped for a while due to the long half life of T4.
