I'm really proud of todays workout. I started with easy running pace of 7.53 and increased .1mph each mile in a progression down to 7.13/mile. I wanted to make the run an even 8 so I ran the last mile at a 6.44 to get me there. … Looking at my log, it's surprising to see that this is only my 8th run of all my run's that has been 8 miles or longer at a 7.30 pace or less... (Not including races)... I know what I need to do to really increase my performance in races... I'm not going to hit 125 miles this week as a result of my travel to Boulder.
