So funny to read the opposite side of the world. We've had our 100+ here over summer, but right now at 35-45F. Garmin sometimes reads the temp coming off the ground. But that what you are feeling anyway. HOT! Way to hang in there! Heat sure jacks with HR.

1 hour row increasing 1SPM every 10min from 20spm to 25spm. pace dropped from 1:58.3 to 1:55.8/500m at the finish. felt good and quite focused.
