      thanks Dan. Yea, the achillies is way better. it's probably at 90% with the 10% being the fact that it's probably still injured but i can't feel that when running. yep. its go time.

      So funny to read the opposite side of the world. We've had our 100+ here over summer, but right now at 35-45F. Garmin sometimes reads the temp coming off the ground. But that what you are feeling anyway. HOT! Way to hang in there! Heat sure jacks with HR.
