great Paddle Workshop for Longboat 00:30
Was soaked and salty! Had fun! Beached our boat at the far end of the beach and UBC Rec just looked at us funny. Told us that "They'll deal with it later." Haha, we're so competent!

Biked 26 km but only counts for 2.6 km for Stub T's 1961 Terry Fox Challenge :) It was a relaxing bike ride. Friend got a flat tire so had to wait a few times.

First "Groove" class at Gold's Gym. It was fun :) Met some awesome ladies & it was late enough so that no one saw us do 'the cowboy' and 'the shimmy'. Squats are awesome.

Excellent. I really hate treadmills but if I stay in NY, I might have to do it = hot in summer and cold in winter.

good for getting out there! physio is a great idea. I've resorted to orthotics until my feet get stronger. You need to get this sorted out though!
