      Damn that Krispy Kreme at the top of the shopping plaza near one of my routes. If I run that same route at night I smell Papa John's Pizza at thebegining then Burger King at the end. Damn Damn Damn! Well it could be worst

    Nice event this morning, temps 18F and a large runner turnout<2150>. This was a PR for me @ this distance. Felt good the whole race and a nice warm up race before the Pittsburgh Half Marathon.
