Nice job, you are starting to add mileage and 9:30's is nothing to be ashamed of. You should add a race to add motivation. The Moosic City 10k is coming up in April. :)

My goal is the half at the end of April. And then a triathlete buddy has coaxed me into doing the Muddy Buddy race in May.
