    Warriors running a beginner's course in rugby this week. Lots of new guys, good training - great to see personal development looking back at the six months as well.

    Good practice, enjoyed it a lot. 45 minutes touch rugby, followed by 15 mins of walking rugby.

    Participated through 50% of the session. Dropped out as the guys started playing walking rugby - still too unsure about the ankle as it was semi-painful playing touch.

    First time weight training after twisting my ankle 1,5 weeks ago. Still painful in many occasions and messing up my technique, but managed to get through the program nevertheless.

    Kickstarted the morning with a swim. Didn't take any pauses and kept up a good speed for the whole kilometer. Felt a bit more tired than usual after the swim, but that's just a good thing.
