    Had my exams going on for the past two weeks, tomorrow is the last paper. Today's run was hard but refreshing. At the gym later did some elliptical and cycling.

    Kept myself busy these last three days by going to the gym. Done tons of cycling but today's run was solid after a killer leg workout!

    Long time, the first mile was hard. Later a 250m sprint in 41sec, i don't know if it's good enough but certainly my best as far as i can remember!
