AU......the ground was dark with just a streak of the moon as we entered at 5 am sharp....did our warm up run followed by stretches. ..then 5 rounds of jog. This was followed by 100 mtrs x5 of strides.
We had 50x5 of different combo variations as i would call it and this had intermideate run of 400 mtrs which included step climbing as we did this for 5 rounds combined with variations. ..felt really good and warmed up so ended the session with one last round and a good round of stretches..
Awesome work out. .spent 2 hours as there was no school :-)
