Gave a pass to the very long run as slept only at 1.30 night thanks to olympics!! woke up at 3.15 am.Started running at 4ran at an even pace distance at end of each hour- 8.8 km,17.7km,26.4 km. Need sleep.......Feeling fresh though!!! Should have run another hour maybe..


wow that tough, running 3hrs after less that 2hrs sleep. hope you get some rest now!
