Nice evening run just before rain.Split into 2 parts.First Ran 7 km in 40 min.
Second part- did high knee run, side run,Calf cuts and other variations for 100 m with 100 m recovery.Total 10 types of runs.Each variation 2 times.dist approx. Thanks to Lord Krishna for the holiday!!!
