Ran the longest and farthest again. Finally broke into 30 km zone. Ran non stop 27 km at same pace at around 3.10 hrs. Ran crawl walked the balance to hit the target no. The last 3 kms was a long haul. The sun showed up in the end. Selva sir was still going strong!!!!!!!


Great run, congrats. You will be fighting fit for the marathon soon at this rate.
