Finally broke the 3 hour barrier. an even paced run with 8.5 km.17.2 km and 25.5 km covered at the end of each hour.Longest in terms of time and farthest in distance ever. Almost nil walking.. Stopped as did not want to push too hard may be could have run another 30 min!!!.should not be greedy.Weather was good but too many interruptions and distractions en-route. Aavin loop is better...... and I HATE HYDRATION BELTS
