    Still rusty.Did run walk after 7k.Evening run.Miles to go..... to get in shape.

    Dawn to Dusk run.Thanks to Ecr Siva for company in the end. There are quite a few bravehearts running still!

    Was not sure how i will wake up as I slept at1 AM.Woke up by 3.15 and hit AU 4ish. Ran almost same pace throughout. Struggled Km 24-26.Happy to have this behind me.

    Early start with Selva Sir for Sunday Run. Nice and breezy. We managed an even and easy pace and ended by 6 AM!!! Need a few more long runs quickly.

    1.10 k- 1 hr -steady paced run
