    Out of rhythm today. Stopped my watch in middle while being chased by dogs on couple of occasion. Lot of stomach cramps. Had to stop at 8th.

    Speed run on Thane roads to start this years training. Legs still sore. Have to build stamina to run consistent pace of 6 and lower.
    Not able to sync through Nike+, Dailymile does not like Nike+.

      Nice pace on this run Vicky. Nike + does sync with DM and I have used Nike + before. Check out once again why the sync is not working.

      I changed my nike+ password. Now dailymile is not able to import logs even though the new password works on nike+ website.

      Lol. I am rofl at the reason of you stopping after first lap. Sometimes it does happen. So why not run away from home next time so you are bound to come back running. But all said, superb effort Vicky. Good job done man.

      Hey good timings.nice job.:-) .you should try away from home..i told u right..same thing happened for me..i have to cross a climb in my usual route..if i crossed that then its 21KM..2nd loop..next time plan for that..

    Stomach cramps kept coming and going after 4th km. After 6th months of re-learning running, i have completely transitioned from heel to front foot strike.

      Nice one Vicky. The courage to brave the last 4 kms is in itself a tribute to your guts. Hats off for the long one. Am sure the next long one will be much better. Try to do a good 18K or so next time before hitting the 20K

    1. School buses on road (lots of them)
    2. BMTC buses. No horn if they are coming behind you.

      Vicky, take care and be safe. I suppose a doc meeting might be good in that case. Be careful in the dark as these days we get light at 6 am. Stay safe from canine company. Good job. Pls take caution.
