    After the TM I jumped on the row machine and did 10 mins.

    After the row did some upper body workouts on the weight machines and then we did 5:00 on the Jacob Ladder machine. That was a workout.

    After my run jumped on the spin bike and did 20 mins. During commercials I stood and during music videos I sat. Haven't been on a bike in a while and I missed it! Great workout!
