    Trying to work on slowing down, which is hard. Anyone use Jack Daniels pace chart? Marathon goal is 4:30:00 and the chart says easy runs 11:40-12:15...very hard to run that slow.

      It is so funny you just posted this. I've been trying to just rein things in a bit too. I think the hard part for me isn't necessarily running a little more slowly. The difficult part, for me, is not feeling a bit disappointed when I do...and then...there's the quandry about whether or not to post a time with your slower run here on DM. Rest assured I will post my slow-poke times if you post yours ;-) It takes me FOREVER to warm-up these days.
