    72 Degrees, humidity 89%. Tried to mix in a little jogging, but don't think I'm ready.

      We are basically the same temperature this morning. Just take it slowly, your body can do anything!!!!! When I started, I would run between mailboxes. The houses in my neighborhood are very close together, so it isn't like I ran between mailboxes out in the country. You are doing so well, keep it up!!! Happy Memorial Day.

      WTG Vernie, It has been so hot here too. While Hubs and I were walking around yesterday at a fair, I was thankful to have completed my long run early Friday morning. Another scorcher on tap for today. Very nice long workout!!!

      Kimberly, I walked some more on my breaks at work (Fairly brisk, but not same as on track) for a total of 3 more miles, and 15 minutes of dumbbell workout after I got home.

    Didn't do too well on mapping the walk. Basically I'm thinking the pace was more like 18 mins, not 13. Anyway it was cloudy and cool, and a great walk!

      Awesome, our bodies are amazing. Great workout Vernie. I am starting track work on Monday and it frightens me a little. I am very comfortable at my current level and never pushing myself too much. I will do a few track workouts and if they aren't for me I will continue with my "comfortable".

    A little cool (42 degrees), but better than hot.

    Increased levels of intensity on bike and stepper. Increased dumbbell weight to 7 pounds. Did 3.4 miles per hour on treadmill for ten minutes. All in all, a good workout.
