Yes, I'm bragging. Strides (as I understand them) are your short sprints, the longer jogs routines. I like them because I don't do a lot of speedwork, but I like to do something that pushes me into something faster for a brief time. So, for this workout, I did 5min warmup then [:45 sprint + 1:30 slow] x 6, then 5 min cooldown. Sort of like fartlecs really.
