    did 5 sets of 20 on the bench with my feet flat on the ground
    did 3 sets of 20 bringing my knees to my chest
    did 2 sets of 20 sideways...

    can only do 5 sets of 10 with 10 lbs... my arms are so weak.

    The shoes kept bothering me.... I had to stop before I get blisters on the back of my heels .... Not a good feeling. I am switching back to my New Balance pair for running for now....

      You should go get 'fitted' at a specialty store... I've had virtually no problems since getting new shoes there...

      my mom actually mailed those sneakers out to me. Since I am going to NYC soon, I guess I will stop by the Nike store and get some fitted.

      I hope Arlene feels better soon. I remember when Jocelyn used that Nebulizer - just awful to have to force her on it but it was for her benefit. Try to enjoy the weekend and take naps with the girls. =)
