great Hilly pavement miles 8 mi 01:13 09:04 pace

Ran 8 hilly miles as a hardish workout. I felt amazing thru the entire run...so full of ebnergy...tried to work hard effort in on most of the hills. Feels great to hill pavement hills...I was flyingh today...Love that feeling...that feeling you get when you are well trained and run fast! I dsidn't even think about my shoes or nutrition...I usually get hungry...I just ran today and no negative thoughts crept in...perfect run! I am so happy with the run today!
