Chiro worked on my other heel (early case of PF). Felt lazy but decided it must be done! Legs feel so much better after spinning then stretching! Rocky Road on a sugar cone and French Roast for a treat when I was done! Now off to do my mom duties for the evening...cooking, dance class, soccer, and guitar lesson!
