great Up to the Lake and back! 11.5 mi 01:58 10:15 pace

Felt good. Ran at a decent pace...that pace includes 4 stops for the loo and water bottle fill up! Some flat and some rolling hills! Even ran the whole way up the BIG hill! woo hoo! Now off to swim lesson for my little one...oh how I wish I could just jump in to help with my recovery! :) SO happy!!! I am sooo ready to start ramping up for my marathon! SO looking forward to those long runs now that I know I can do it!
