Felt ok...Wantedto do 1:20...but after 1 hour...I was done! :) Hope the newness is not wearing off! :) Thinking Tomorrow or Monday to try an easy soft surface run. I really want to run the half in 8 days...I feel better and hope that if I do an easy soft surface trail run and all is well..MAYBE I can continue my half training plan taper! PT wed and Ortho doc on Friday! fingers crossed. If the trial run feels bad...I will commit to my injury plan! Biking and pool running for now!

    Sounds like a good plan! I may try to get out on my bike tomorrow to cross train a bit. I'm hoping for 1.25 later today! Don't do the half and get hurt more, though!
