good Harewood loop, backwards 3.12 mi

Easy run, no Garmin. I've been in a running funk for the last week or so, so today I needed to just shake out the legs and try to exorcise some demons from my running brain. Honestly, just like m... read more

Just a little shakeout run. Dropped off a Redbox movie at Safeway, cruised down Boston Street a bit, moved the legs, etc., etc. It was a short run, but it felt good to get out there.

When you gave blood, were you attended by a guy wearing a cape and with an Eastern European accent?
