great Manzanita 6 mi
So glad i did a workout. 12 x 400's @ 1:30 pace. Hit almost all of them perfectly. And did a cooldown on the outside loop.

great Nisene Long Run 12 mi
Top of the incline. Felt really fast. But i think i got a little excited with the speed.

we were going fast haha we were flying all the way up and coming back was easily sub 7 for at least me and Vanessa, u were prob right around 7:00. speed is good it makes u fast!
