      Heehee Eng Hui ah, sorry I have to laff "Riding up the hill was quite fun... almost vomit" (?!). Is that something hardcore athletes come to think of as fun? :D Hope your tennis elbow pain goes away quick. take care.

      Vomit? You can do that too. Find a very long and steep hill, instead of riding up in leisure pace, go 100% effort, more ummphh if stand up to cycle, can go faster. At the end, the heart rate will spike so high that you can smell ketones, sometimes vomit.

      Henry, yup, got to taper. Slow slow. Injury will only be worse scenario
