      ugh! people generally don't think about how much energy it takes to NOT move for any extended length of time! Not to mention I bet it's BORING!! Can you bring some kind of electronic game or at least a movie on a DVD player to entertain yourself? Praying for ya, Angi- you can do this!!

      Only temporarily is it the 'old run' route. Very soon it will become the 'old walk' route. There is no doubt in my mind that you'll be christening that route as your running route again very soon. Complete and total awesomeness on your 3.08!
