alright Bull Creek Trail Run with Running Group 4 mi 00:50 12:30 pace

This was my first actual trail run so it was intense for me. I slipped once which my husband said is a sign I'm a true trail runner. He was great about teaching me trail running techniques. I plan on doing much better next time.
