Not really sure what my time because Dave forgot his watch, he certainly doesn't realize he is time-keeper AND water buddy ;0). He also had us do the introduction to 100 ups. We did 10 on each side.

The wind outside (30mph gust winds) made this easy 3 seem like the hardest run I've ever ran! But, after 3 days of eating and rarely moving, I had to get out and do something, glad I did.
