    I was not up for the full run tonight, it got really late and the trail gets dark fast. Glad to have a run in and happy that the first week of 1/2 marathon training is over.

    I hit the concrete last night for a run, it was hot and humid. I struggled with the heat but, got it done nonetheless. 6 more on Friday then a rest day!

    Shew it was 100 degrees and hot on the concrete so I cut an otherwise long run short. My water was even hot at the end of the run haha.
