I have accepted a new job in San diego, so I will be moving prior to the Athens Half Marathon. I am a little disappointed that I will not be able to make it to this race, which I have been aiming for for over a year. On the up side, I have a new job and I get to go back to living in San Diego which is beautiful and has excellent running weather all the time. I will have to find a half marathon over there to train for to keep me motivated. I ran five today just to get out and burn up some of the stress that comes with moving and starting a new job.

    Thanks everyone. I know it was tough to accept the job knowing I would not be able to run the Half, Sometimes tough decisions have to be made though. I am sure there will be others in san diego for me to run. Sure is a lot of work just to get a 13.1 sticker for my car....
