      Oh... and I wore my new Vibrams. My feet were slightly numb after (probably too long of a run for my first run in them), and I did kind of miss the extra cushioning under my heels, and I got a slight cramp in one arch for a little bit, but I think the more I use them, the better they will be. :) Any of you use Vibrams? Any thoughts/tips?

      You're supposed to start slowwwly with those, seriously, like a half a mile at a time. Your shins/calves might not be happy later.

      HEH. My shins/knees are unhappy every time I run. Anyway. Next time I won't run almost 4 miles in them. :)
