      Been hearing a LOT of people say 'the wheels came off' very early on. Gotta blame it on the humidity. But you ran this race like it never bother you. Your crosstraining workouts were very good and it mirrors how you did on this race. Congrats Bryan!

  8. So apparently I took a few weeks off from Daily Mile! I've been plugging away on the elliptical and am hopeful the achilles will cooperate at OKC Memorial Marathon next weekend.
