Thanks Michael. I really like your updates. Your barefoot runs are an inspiration. I'm still getting used to the VFF's, but with the weather warming, I'm getting eager to go full nude... well, footwise anyway =P

Thanks, Utah. That's nice of you to say, and though I admit my reasons for running are largely selfish, it does feel good to be able to inspire others! And yeah, probably best to keep your shorts on. Especially in Utah, I'm not sure they'd take so kindly to naked runner guy. :)
