  4. Doin it how the Navy SEAL fitness guide says, made it to 25 miles this week. Doin another 25 this coming week (upping the speed .1 each day) and after will be 30mi.

      Good job with the pushups I started this last year but I had too much on my plate so I stopped. I probably will try this again.
