Finally got in my first ride on the new stationary bike. The first few minutes were a bit tough, but overall it wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be. Definitely upped my energy level and I worked up a nice little sweat. Now...lets see if I can/will do it again tomorrow. ;-)
