Hey everybody! I'm still around, but it seems that little yoga session did more harm than good; think I tried to do too much too soon and I paid a price for it. I've been in pain all week, but I'm feeling quite a bit better now. Yoga is out for the moment, but I have a new stationary biking being delivered tomorrow so I'm gonna give that a go. Looking forward to biking and walking this weekend.
