Hello to all my DailyMile friends! Just popped in to let y'all know I'm still around. Sorry I've been out of touch; had major surgery on Sep 1 and I'm still home from work recovering. All went well, but I won't be able to really start exercising for a few more weeks. I am going to try walking a little bit soon; hopefully this weekend. Baby steps! Looking forward to logging my daily miles again. ;-)
