Yoga practice. All was fine until I started cramping and having muscle spasms about 30 mins in. Felt good overall, but couldn't complete the 45 mins. Very disappointing. Will eat some high-potassium fruit and veggies and try again tomorrow. ;-(

Nice job for what you were able to do. I'd love to give a try at yoga. It is so much harder then it looks though. I hope everything went well. (I know this is a late comment, sorry)
