Yoga session felt great! Challenging, but definitely worth the effort. I feel mentally and physically rejuvenated. My body feels like it's had a head-to-toe massage. This is awesome! My original plan was 3 yoga sessions per week, but I'm thinking I should do this EVERY evening! This feels waaaaay better than walking! Yesssss!
