Up at 5am, extremely cranky, bad mood. Didn't want to leave my bed. Finally out at 5:45. Too much Cinco De Mayo! Off to work.


I had too much Cinco de Mayo too! Oy...workout this morning suffered, but I'm back to the grind today.
FYI, my buddies and I typically count spin classes workouts as 15-16 miles per class...based on a recommendation from a spin instructor. If I have a class that's mainly slow, heavy climbs, I'll post 10-12 miles...but if we do a lot of sprinting, I record 14-15 :)
