Finally! Did my first 30 minute walk this morning. Forgot my pedometer so I'm not sure about the mileage. I knew I was out of shape, but it's been so long since I did exercise of any kind that I had no idea I was this bad off. Hopefully, this is the first walk of many to come. Shooting for a 30 min. yoga session this evening.
