      True! I think in restaurants it would help me a lot when ordering if I could hang up mine next to my seat and may be that cheese burger would not look that appealing :D Cheers!

      How did you like it? I've been wanting to try it, but I've been afraid I'd get bored. I got that way with P90X too..felt like an eternity. Good job!

      Well, there are 3 levels... I'm doing 2 mostly now but I go back to 1 on occasion when I'm feeling burnt out.... I've done 3 a few times but I think they are all great. I'm one of those people who gets bored easily so... lol But I have gotten good results - it def works and I'm not even doing it 30 days in a row (I had to be realistic ;) I've done 5 times a week - on week 6 now. I'm doing it 30 times total then will find other workouts to try and hopefully do some running. I'm in much better shape now.
