      Bill H. I generally change my routine quarterly, every 5 years I do a major redo, every decade I do other changes both physical and diet.

      Thanks Marty C. Here is a secret for you. People think they need to push push. Perhaps training for a fitness contest, triathlon, marathon, bodybuilding, strongman contest sure. Go Fo It. But regular people need only do 70 % of what they can do in a normal funcercise program. I have seen results of too much push too long. Those people are hurt or crippled.

    The trail has enough roots, rocks, hills, mud to prep anyone for about any trail within 100 miles from Atlanta.

      Bill H. You are welcome .The real deal is fermented veggies. I have never done my own but it is easy. I buy organic sauerkraut.

  13. Mount Tabor, Dallas, GA 0830 Dirty Spokes Trail Race Series # 5 of 7 will commence. My alarm went off 5 hours, 10 minutes ahead of race start. Slim chance of rain during race time.

      Drago D. I did the 4 mile option instead of the 8. Plan was to photograph runners doing the second loop. The sun was in a bad position so I doubt I got many good photos. Just got home. Gold medal is pretty.

  14. Looks like the weather has become or about to be typical this time of year. I was snoozing about 6 months and feel like I have awakened in my exercise program. Bout time the blood is flowing.

    did 2 and waited for a new to running guy to do 2 road miles with me as he has hopes to do a 5 K. He never showed.
