I have no idea what you're talking about, but I know Deb would!
She was taking care of a girl that was egg bound last week, the chicken (Agnes, I think) was in a cat crate next to the wood stove. She's fine now!

Yeah, it is difficult keeping them centered on the front with Altras. I do have to stop and adjust them occasionally. As a matter of cat Deb hit the trail hard when a hook from the front of the spikes grabbed the opposite shoe and sent her flying! But we only use them when running in deeper snow, this was about 2-3 inches of ground up crap. Otherwise I run in my screwed shoes.
These are the Instint 2.0's, not the newer 3.0's, which i think have more cushion so I probably won't like them.

I'm actually enjoying running in the Nike Zoom Flys, which have about as much room in the front as the Altras!
I don't enjoy snowshoe running...we have tried it many times and just can't get into it.

well done working up and then easing back down. the treadmill is good for that, for sure. and it's kind of brilliant to keep the temperature cold indoors for this since cold running is so good. this is awesome.
