      I do a lot of upper body stuff, but only twice a week....My usual running schedule (although I'm not strict about it) is 30, 60, long run, 30, 30, 60, off. I really push the rest, as in sleep 8 hours and lots of 30 min runs for recovery. One of the 60's is a tempo run for the last 40 and i do sprints twice a week. It's worked now for many years, so I'll keep doing it ;-) You do Yoga, that's core!

      Ha! I noticed we did have similar workouts when i pulled DM back up. Mine was lacking sprints, but I'm pretty sure the nettles got my hr up to sprint level. :-P
