Wow. 38 degrees in the rain. And I complain when the thermometer hits 50...and it's dry...and the wind is at my back...I gotta work on my attitude.

It's still easy, just about 10 bpm higher than I like. When I run, it's completely effortless...with Colleen, it's a tad faster, but still about an 10 mpm pace. My real easy pace is 11.5-12MPM. But I don't like to measure my runs....it's all about time and HR! :-)

It was skin-burning hot here today. I saw your bro-in-law, but from afar. I also learned a valuable lesson about sugar-water and HR training. Well, enough about me. ...
      Nice MAF run!

Toasty! I have acclimated to TX, I guess. Yesterday it was 43F when I thought about running and it was just too cold. ;-P
Today, it was 50F and felt cold! I thought about how in VA, in March, that was PERFECT running weather!

Thanks...that was a toughie, Larry you know!
That just might be my long extreme ultrarunning swan song. These were hard 15 years ago, but now at 65 I'm just wasted and it's not healthy.
Tab...My normal weight is 155, I weighed myself after yesterday's shower and I was 146...and that was after a day full of eating and drinking! I'll bet I was down 15 pounds at the finish, 10% of my body weight. Lots of fat burned ;-)
