It works, Yann....been doing it now for most of my 38 running years and it's gotten me some fast times and long finishes. Look into this book, it'll help you get going.

Everyone has their own way of training and the one that works for me a Low HR, as long as I throw speed in there now and then...and speed doesn't have to be much more than several strides every other day!
