    Felt a little tired in yoga today. I've been ramping up so that's expected. Also, thanks to the rain it was a SWEATFEST! It's worth a lot to my psyched just to get up and there in the morning.

    short but not easy. some trail, some pavement, some hills - one REALLLLY long steep one. I couldn't believe I ran the whole thing. Nice easy, easy pace and great to hang with old friends.
