    little tweaks in the routine really make a difference. sore shoulders/chest/arms after adding cables to a greater extent with heavier weight. feels great. TGIFF!!!

    bit of soreness still from yesterday's 25k run but decent. time to mow the lawn after this coffee. enjoy the day!!

    beautiful conditions, ran about 5km with a couple who were going my way, felt fine. changed snow tires off the Honda, and now out to power wash the entire estate. enjoy the day folks!!
