    Oof. I can tell it's been a couple weeks since my trainer did her thing. My arms are going to be sore tomorrow!

  2. Knee injury has sidelined me for 3 months. Nothing fits anymore so I'm kick-starting my comeback by tracking everything. Wish me luck!
