#dailymission What is your mantra when the running/cycling gets tough? "Thank you, God! I hand this body over to you." I try to be thankful when things are good and when they are tough. Sometimes it is easier than others, but I know God can bring good from all things. The tough things... the easy things... they all help me grow as a person. I do my best to be thankful even when I don't feel like being thankful. If I can practice that during a run, especially during the toughest times, then it makes it easier to do when life gets tough.
