      Running cures my hip aches. Not sure what the deal is, but my hip randomly flares up after speed work, and all I need to do is one big long run and it's cured. glad I am not the only one.

    good Road Less Traveled - Peach Tea 5 mi

    Easy 5 on a beautiful day. Plenty of folks on bikes on the path. Rowers were rowing away down the river. On the way back, there was rain in the distance with lightning very far away. Lovely.

  20. The grass is green. The sky is blue. The clouds are beyond beautiful. Peanut butter is beyond yummy. Life is good. God is great. Time to go run.
